We keep the same structure as with the other classes in this series: a short introduction, some dynamic movements to move neck and shoulders, a meditation to awaken the throat chakra, then some Yin stretches to stimulate the lung meridian. We end with some more meditation to bring it all together. This class focuses on the throat chakra, which is all about calmness and non-attachment. Please have a block and a cushion for meditation ready.
