Our bodies are our vehicle but also where we live; they are our home. We experience more peace when we feel at home and this practice offers us a technique to cultivate this. By allowing and naming the different sensations in the body, we create the awareness necessary to reside in the safety of our own homes, our bodies. We'll practice lots of poses which strengthen the upper back and open the front of the body and we end with an awareness meditation. Please have 2 blocks, a belt and a blanket or cushion.
