In this practice, we'll create our own heat, and get into a relatively fast-paced and strong flow. The poses themselves are not overly complicated (no arm balances or inversions - but with the option for Wild Thing and Fallen Triangle pose) but we will flow continuously with an emphasis on the core. Hopefully, this class will get your circulation and inner fire going and leave you ready for your day!
