Modern times are calling us to adapt. This fluid-moving class, which borrows a Beatles song for inspiration, is an invitation to move with liquid grace. We start lying on the back with some stretching, followed by a bit of rolling and hip opening. From there, a little squat series leads into Side angle poses and twists. A bit of a kneeling flow around the shoulders and hips finally concludes this flowing experience.
