This fun tutorial is based on using blanket sliding to develop core strength. Don't worry if you don't have a wooden floor, just use plastic bags on carpet instead. We go through several different exercises to help find your upper, middle and lower core to get some power into the muscles. It can be pretty challenging but also lots of fun. Give it a go and see if you can integrate this into your regular routine once in a while.
