If you don’t have much time but need to relax your mind and release your spine, then try this short Yin practice.
Tension in the body affects our state of our mind and vice versa, so you’ll feel an immediate effect after doing this practice. Even though it is a short class, you can decide to stay longer by pausing the video. We will finish with Shavasana and/or meditation, the choice is yours. Different options are given for each pose so you can adapt them to your needs.
Props: 2 blocks, bolster or pillow, blanket.
