In part 2 of 'Office body rehab' (Click here for Part 1), we will take a closer look at the issues that arise from prolonged sitting, and the solutions yoga can offer. We'll practice finding a neutral spine in different positions, engaging the core, lots of twisting and opening, and strengthening of the legs, glutes and back muscles. This will help to counteract the effects of an overly sedentary lifestyle: weak core, back and glutes, short hamstrings, rounded shoulders and (lower) back issues.
