Look mum, no hands! This is a great class if you have wrist issues and don't want to put your hands on the floor. Lots of slow moving, dynamic balancing movements standing on one leg will challenge your lower limb strength and flexibility. Flow through the balances, then follow with some rhythmic fluidity and Humble Warriors. Try to hold your balance... or at least style it out if you wobble!
