Start your day off with this 15 minute morning flow. We warm up the hips and spine first. From there we move into a short flow where we twist, turn and work on strengthening the legs and opening the inner legs with some side squats. At the end we take some time to settle with the breath and ground our energy for a balanced, awake day. Join me - you will feel so much better after!
