This is the third class in Christine's 6-part series - Myofascial yoga for stress release. Did you know that when you are under stress your ability to balance can be reduced? Do you ever feel extra clumsy or stumble more easily when you are going through challenging times? Well, it turns out science has given us a reason for this, and yoga has given us the solution! This sequence will work on improving both balance and proprioceptive awareness.
