This is the second in Christine's 6-part series of Myofascial yoga classes for stress release. Mindfulness-based movement has been shown to boost executive function in the brain more than meditation or aerobic exercise. In this sequence we will focus on how to use mindfulness-based movement for reducing stress as well as anchoring into the ongoing resource of the breath and grounding presence of the earth.
