Want some flowy fun? Channel your inner karate kid (sort of!) in this class that features hints of martial arts, capoeira and dance to move you high and low, fast and slow. If you like rolling, inversions and arm balances, there's something here for you. If you don't, just skip those bits. It's a fluid sequence that we'll repeat and adapt so you can really get into your groove. It's fairly relentless so prepare to get a bit sweaty! Tip: This class will take you all around your mat, facing front, side and back so you might want to have your screen on the side of your mat.
