Not a morning person? Me neither! So take it easy and roll out of bed and onto your mat. We’ll slowly ease into the day with some soft mobilisations which build up to enliven your nervous system to perk you up, and get you ready to start your day. We start slowly and gently and get a bit more vigorous. There's no Savasana at the end because you'll hopefully be awake and ready to go!
