Once again we start with the Surya Namaskaras, all the standing postures and the Warrior sequence. By now, you might be feeling a little stronger and starting to anticipate what's coming next. You'll then be introduced to the last few postures of the Primary series - Baddha Konasana, Upvishta Konasana, Supta Konasana, Supta Padangusthasana, Ubaya Padangusthasana, Urdhva Mukha Paschimottasana and Setu Bandhasana.
