We start this class by revisiting the Surya Namaskars, standing postures and Warrior sequence. You'll then be introduced to the second half of the Primary Series, which Allison affectionately calls 'the tricky postures'. These are: Navasana, Bhujapidasana, Bakasana, Kurmasana, Supta Kurmasana, Garbha Pindasana and Kukkutasana. (As always, it's important not to push yourself beyond your limits so please take it gently with this class - and if you're not able to do all of the poses, just take a pause and marvel at Allison instead ;-)).
