This flow is designed especially for people who are or feel highly sensitive, and for those who are feeling overstimulated. It's perfect for when you need some down time, and need to disconnect from all the busy-ness of the outside world, and connect back in with yourself. We'll begin with a short meditation, then have some gentle and grounding movement, and finish with a relaxing guided Savasana, in which we'll cultivate our own feeling of cocooning. Hopefully, you'll feel more rested and soothed afterwards.
