In this class we will work through the entire first half of the Primary Series. This includes the Surya Namaskaras, all of the standing postures and the Warrior sequence. We will work up to the Marichyasana section and practice jumping back in between postures. You'll also be offered a rolling Vinyasa which you can try as an alternative to the jumpback.
