This Yin Yang practice is perfect for calm, lower energy, or tired days. Settle into a quiet mood, beginning in a Child's pose with some Yin variations, then move into a little bit of easy flow to open the heart, twist, and stretch the legs, after which we return back to the floor for a reclined twist and heart opener. Props: bolster, 2 blocks, blanket.
