Well, the title says it all... This gentle practice is a perfect way to connect to your body and breath when the day's just beginning. I recorded this class early in the morning (my cats were very confused that I talked while practicing!), as at this moment in my life it's one of my favourite ways to ease into the day. Expect some hip openers, mild backbends and twists. You'll leave your mat feeling more centred and calm.
