Inspired by the great Tom Petty, this shoulder and upper body focused practice aims to build strength and mobility through movement and support - all the while, learning to fly in the face of life’s challenges. Starting with a seated shoulder opening sequence to experience two key movements, you will then travel through various Vinyasa waves to put the arm movements into practice and spread your wings. There are lunges, balances and arm balances to play with and we finish with a nice relaxation serenade. Please have a block ready for this practice.
