Ground and reconnect with yourself, then settle into relaxation with this practice. We'll begin with a simple and soothing breathing technique where we lengthen our exhales to calm body and mind. After which, we'll have 25 minutes of simple yet strong and grounding flow. To conclude, we'll practice an 'energy cocoon' meditation (which can be taken in Savasana) to anchor in our grounding. Hopefully it'll leave you feeling centered and relaxed.
