We begin this practice with Agni Sari, the fire breath, to ignite our digestive fire and clear the energy pathways. You might feel blissed out and nicely energised after this breath practice! Next up, a slow flow suitable for the morning, that prepares the joints properly for the poses. With lunges, twists, backbends and a delicious side bend at the end. We finish with a wonderfully grounding and uplifting meditation.
