This class starts with a few minutes of loosening the body to get the energy to flow. Next, we sit in meditation to enjoy the feeling of aliveness and to reconnect with a memory of feeling strong, so we can bring this experience back in our life. The yoga part is fun and flowy, with reminders to feel strength within, whether it's already there or you're building it up. Last but not least, some time to ground both body and mind with some gentle, relaxing pranayama.
