The way we breathe has a huge impact on our mood and overall health. It has tremendous power to change and support our physical body and our mental states. The breath carries our life energy; it is like a natural medicine that we always have available. This practice includes different breathing techniques, along with some back bends and twists to create space for the breath. The final meditation is supported and breath-based. Please have a belt, block and cushion ready for this practice.
