A meditative movement experience that begins with rolling the joints and then moves into a short breathing practice to sense the top of the inhale and bottom of the exhale. This gentle practice invites you to rest in the space between the breaths to explore your consciousness. Some Sun Salute variations lead into some side bending and some time in Anantasana - the pose of the serpentine couch of Vishnu who floats on the sea of consciousness. Take some time at the end of class for a Savasana serenade and keep looking into the pauses for the secrets of life.
