Are you up for a deep and intense Yin practice? Then this one is for you! We begin with meditation and some pranayama (Nadi shodana) to set the intention for this class: connecting to your essence, staying with the sensations and allowing resistance to surface. We then practice some Yin poses that are commonly experienced as intense, such as Seal, Lizard, Sleeping Swan, Frog and Camel. Don't worry though - José will guide you through various options so you can deeply release into them. This is a great practice to help you deal with the struggles we come across in our day to day life. We end with a well-deserved Shavasana and meditation to leave you feeling recharged, relaxed and deeply connected. Props needed: blanket, blocks, bolster and pillow.
