Come join me in my favourite pastime...rolling on and connecting to the earth. In this class we will be exploring the ground surface as feedback to release held tension in the spine, joints and tissues. Allowing the body to be in its natural state of spirals, we undulate our body to deeply feel how we connect to our inner core. You may be surprised at what this class will reveal.
