Come and 'mellow down' in the evening (or slow mornings, or whenever you feel like it) with this gentle flow that rolls and stretches any tension from the day out of your body, and supports you in feeling relaxed, open, and soothed. We'll keep it mostly low to the ground; the highest points being a down dog, with one lunge on each side just to open up the hips, and a standing forward fold.
