This class isn't about doing a Headstand - instead it's about working on the strength and range of motion in the muscles around the shoulder girdle, so that not only your Headstands but other arm balances become easier. We'll play with an approach to Headstand at the end but expect mostly upper body strength work in this one! Lots of 'typical' Julie stuff in here too!
