In this practice, you'll learn two simple, accessible breathing techniques. The first focuses on the idea of moving our attention away from our minds and/or chest breathing and into the lower part of the body - the base of the pelvis. The second is about lengthening the exhalation to experience more grounding. It's nice to practice these techniques in a quiet place as part of a morning or evening routine, but you will see how they can easily be incorporated into any other daily situation.
