A great sequence to relieve tired muscles and especially remove tension from the hamstrings and the whole back of the body. We want to encourage elasticity in our hamstrings so that we don't lose that power and recoil ability, so expect lots of engage and release, plus pulsing and circling to gain range of motion and ease in our movement.
