Free your body from the shackles of your chair in this fun class where we work the muscles at the back of your body and open out the front with some back strengthening, hip opening, asymmetrical backbends and floaty Camels. There is also the option of a playful roll if you feel like it. This class will connect you with your inner child. I'd recommend putting on some funky music to accompany you into the flow!
