When you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or nervous, this gentle centering practice will help you to feel grounded and at ease in your body again. Expect a meditation to connect to the present moment and from there, a slowly flowing sequence. We'll move through some Sun Salutations, some heart- and hip openers and end with a calm, quiet Savasana.
