This dynamic movement class blends various forms of contralateral connection and movements into a facing up and facing down practice. We start with some Sun Salute variations and build the connections of right to left and vice versa. There is quite a bit of core work, along with some shoulder and hip mobilisation as they are required for the final part of the Foot Hand Crawl to Inverted Crawl freestyle! You'll need a bit of space, an open mind and perhaps a towel nearby to wipe your brow!
