Sometimes all you want is a soft, soothing practice. When you’re feeling depleted, low in energy, and low in stamina, this practice will help you to bounce back and restore. If you are recovering from surgery, as I was at the time this class was filmed, or if you’ve been ill lately, this class is especially supportive and delicious. It’s soft, gentle, yet creates space and will get your energy flowing again. Make sure you have a blanket, a strap, and a block near you for extra coziness and support.
