Allow yourself to drop from the head into the body with these slow, deliberate, tactile movements. The practice stays low to the ground (the highest points we'll reach are a Downward dog and a Standing forward fold) with lots of slow, luxurious stretching and a little self-massage. This is a good one for relaxed days, lazy mornings, or evening wind-downs.
