In this simple and playful sequence we use props to explore and encourage feedback during backbending poses. You'll learn how to find support, stability and notice which parts of your body are moving faster, higher, or receiving more pressure, etc. If you feel energized and want to try the full poses in between transitions please do - but you can also skip them for a more relaxed and supported backbending practice. You'll need a bolster, a blanket and a couple of blocks.
