Let's dive into the world of Qigong based movements. This is a mix of my interpretation of a sticky-tapping sequence, which is an effective warm up practice. It activates the subtle channels and vortexes (Chakras/Nadis) and nourishes the subtle energy field. I have combined some energising arm and shoulder mobilisations and as a whole this session is great to explore in the morning and begin your day with a boost!
