Do you feel low in energy? Are you easily frustrated? Do you feel restricted in your freedom and have limited breathing capacity? Then this Yin practice is for you.
We start with an invigorating breath, using a variation of Nadi Shodana to help you feel spacious and free. You will have the option to repeat the breath during or after each Yin pose. We'll then practice Yin poses that open up the chest, stimulate the spine and release the hips and legs. This is a great way to release any frustration, anxiety or fear and to boost energy. Different options are given for all the poses so you can adapt them to your needs. As always, we'll end with a partly guided Savasana and meditation.
Props needed: blanket, pillow, bolster and blocks.
