This hip-joint focused practice taps into David’s love of rock - this time, The Who’s 'Pinball Wizard' provides the theme. The practice has a lot of movements from a kneeling position so you might like to put some padding underneath your knees. We'll move up and down, right and left, over and around… like a bouncing pinball! Expect to roll around the floor and get up and down in various forms, while moving the hip and shoulder joints in lots of unusual ways. The class finishes with a Shoulder stand so, as always, be especially responsible with this pose.
