This practice will help you to shift your energy into a state of your choosing. We'll begin with a deep centering, letting go of any tension and stress we might be holding onto, and becoming calm, clear and present. Then we invite in our own personal intention and desired state. After that, we shake and bounce for a few moments, before moving into a full body strengthening and opening Vinyasa flow sequence. During our flow and in our Savasana, we keep connecting back to our intention, so that we can step off the mat having shifted and uplifted our state of being.
