This practice focuses on strengthening the back - more specifically the erector spinae muscles - and will work the core too. It is not a fast-paced class, however it could be intense for some. Overall, this is a great practice for anyone who has a history of back pain, or has experienced a back injury. It's also a useful practice for those who sit in front of a computer all day.
