This is the first of a new series of talks where Harry recounts his own journey of over 40 years of spiritual pursuit.

In this one he tells the story of how purpose and meaning and the longing for truth emerged in his own heart and mind. Nothing in Harry´s adolescence could have predicted the onset of this deep longing for liberation, which set the course for the rest of his life. Harry describes the first steps on a path of meditation - first Transcendental Meditation and then Hare Krishna mantra meditation. The talk ends with a short, guided meditation on open awareness.
