The title says it all: this one’s a gentle flow for when you’re menstruating. I created this one with all of you in mind who experience severe discomfort when you're on your period. To be even more precise, this one’s for you if you suffer from endometriosis. However, this class is equally lovely if you’re craving a mellow, easy going practice – whether you’re menstruating right now or not.
