This practice builds upon class 1 of the Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners program, repeating what we've learned. We now add in a sequence of poses called a Sun Salutation variation with lunges. We will also practice the breathing technique often used in Vinyasa yoga classes called Ujjayi breathing.
