Part 3 of our Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners program. In this class we will repeat what we've learned in class 1 and 2 as a warm up, adding a lunge twist to our Sun Salutations. After that, we'll explore internal versus external hip rotation, and practice some common externally rotated standing poses, including Warrior 2 and Tree pose, ending with a slightly longer and well deserved Savasana/ Relaxation.
