In part 4 of Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners, we'll repeat all that we've practiced so far in classes 1 through 3, and build on this foundation by adding in some new poses. This time we're focusing on internal rotation of the hips. New poses include Warrior 1 and Warrior 3, as well as Chair pose. We finish with a seated forward fold and twist, and conclude in Savasana.
