The final part of the Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners program integrates everything we've learned so far into a full practice. It includes repetition of the Sun Salutations and standing posses, adding in Sun Salutation B, and playing with slightly different transitions. After the more dynamic part of the practice, we'll take it to the floor and repeat and bring together our seated and supine poses, ending, as always, with a well-deserved Savasana.
