In this class we focus on my favourite part of the body - the feet! More wonderful foot and ankle mobilisations will be revealed, along with some strong leg and hip work to tune into the Liver and and Gall bladder. Our feet have direct connection to the health of our pelvis, so open and pliable feet also help to connect deeply to the pelvic diaphragm. This class is great to do as a warm up before any physical practice or just on its own to bring energy into your day.
