This flow focuses on opening and moving the body in a way that feels gooood! We'll move through the whole body, with an emphasis on opening through the legs, and on balance. Flow through Sun Salutations, forward folds, side squats, with options for Wild thing, Warriors, Eagles, and Standing splits. Then we'll cool it down with some funky seated poses, a heart opener, and deer twist, before relaxing all tingly in Savasana. Hope you enjoy!
